Inspired by a folklore, the seventh daughter of the Emperor of Heaven, the weaving maid, and the orphaned cowherd who were separated by the Emperor and only allowed to meet on the ELSTER (MAGPIE) bridge over the Milky Way once a year on the day of the seventh lunar month - The Chinese Valentine's Day.
